		<description>I&#039;m looking into calendar formats too for my activities &amp; events site, and i agree that they are far from user-friendly. Have you looked at microformats as well? Apart from upcoming.org, Eventful.com is the only web application I know of that is starting to utilize machine readable event formats - they use iCal I think.</description>
