I’m actually excited about this Second Skin documentary. It seems that they do not focus too much on the average player but on the big stories but it will still be interesting to see those stories. should go well with the Get Lamp movie which I’ve also been waiting for.
It’s currently my belief that Ellen Page embodies everything that Rory Gilmore should have been but never was.
I think what’s so confusing about this IE8 meta tag is that people are trying to explain it like it makes sense (since ALA likes it) and it just does not make any sense at all. This is one of the few articles that makes really good sense.
Copilot, the app that lets you easily remote control another’s computer for user support, is now 100% free on the weekends. And they have a generous definition of weekend. 8pm EST (GMT-5) Friday night to 2am EST Monday morning.
Jill Sobule is trying to raise $75k to produce her next album and I just donated $25 to get the album extra early.
Currently I’m in love with the idea behind Jaxer which is a server that lets you run javascript both on the client and server. Not sure when or if I’ll get a chance to play with this but the screencasts have me enamored.

The difference between plot and narrative:
“The term ‘narrative’ is often confused with the term ‘plot,’ but they’re not the same thing. If I tell you that the king died, and then the queen died, that’s not narrative; that’s plot. But, if I tell you that the king died, and then the queen died of a broken heart, that’s narrative.”

Brisingr (Inheritance Cycle Series #3): this series makes me want to puke.
MacBook Air is a .16-inch laptop. I can’t wait to hear about all the people who accidentally snap it in half.
