It seems that this year there will be a lot of Olympian bloggers. Also in the past two years video has exploded online. With so much talk in the past of the amount of sex that happens between Olympians I give it a 50/50 chance of the first sex tape of two Olympians to make its round online this time. Finally a reason to watch the Olympics!
Emipres: this game sounds amazing. I don’t know why I am so attracted to games that seem to be way out side of the time I have to give to a game.
Wikia releases an open source version of their MediaWiki profile extension. Might this be so it can be plugged in to wikipedia? I hope so!
Great list of scifi books that you must read from i09. I’ve read Frankenstein, Perdido Street Station and Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom. If Perdido can make the list then I also think City of Saints and Madmen needs to be on there as well.
Amazing article about the current state of the suburbs and the zeitgeist that got them there. I mostly think Hackensack is safe from these effect as we have tons of public transportation to NY as well as a small down town area that I hear has been trying to redevelop.
After having lonelygirl15 fizzed out I’m kind of excited that one of the original creators might have recreated the show as Readearth88 and done it correctly. I’ll let you know if it holds up.

Great talk by danah boyd, Incantations for Muggles. It always amazes me when you can follow some one online and still be amazed at their presentations. It also helps that I am living through a lot of the transformation that she talk about but I just don’t see it in as clear focus.
