Hard for me to say this diet doesn’t sound like the worst idea ever even if it’s a little more work then I currently do.

this diet seems like it might be a lot of work/cooking/constant food shopping…. not to mention the fact that bread is probably my favorite food… but it does sound like it works.. and the thinking behind it is definitely healthy

if your already cooking though it seems like you just need to buy a book with more vegetarian stuff… and a lot of vegetarian stuff is just like stir fry with out the meat.

yeah so really in a lot of ways it’s really not that different from what keri and I eat. Chicken, Steak, Porkchops, Eggs (I could eat more eggs).

eggs are good… but what’s stir fry without rice?? i think i’m just a carb fanatic.
